Please bear with us as we build our presence in the digital community. You can always call the Andersen Center Point Library for questions and contacts with the Friends- 319-849-1509. Our Meetings are the second Wednesday of each month and you are welcome to come to any meeting.

Friends of the Library supplies funding and volunteers for activities and events to enhance the communities education and awareness of what opportunities are available to make the library a destination on a regular basis. Along with arts and entertainment we host events that make a difference in peoples lives and wellbeing with health, self sufficiency and advocacy programs.

The Food pantry has become a source of food security for many families.

Friends of the Library is a nonprofit advocacy organization which supports the Library. Our volunteer members advocate, educate, and raise funds on behalf of the Library, its patrons, and the community.  We work closely with library staff to determine where our support will have the greatest impact.
